Terms of Service

By accessing or using AgntLabs.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

AgntLabs.ai is a B2B SaaS platform that enables businesses to create, deploy, and manage AI-powered customer support agents. The Service includes features such as AI agent creation, RAG-based knowledge training, pre-built actions (order tracking, lead capture, ticket raising, appointment booking), analytics, and embeddable chat widgets. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to: — Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration — Keep your password secure and not share access credentials — Notify us immediately at support@agntlabs.ai if you suspect unauthorized access — Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts registered on behalf of a business must be created by an authorized representative.

You agree not to use the Service to: — Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation — Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights — Train agents to deceive, defraud, or mislead end users — Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the platform — Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission — Attempt to circumvent plan-based usage limits — Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications — Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the start of each billing period. Current plan options, pricing, and included limits are listed on our Pricing page at agntlabs.ai/pricing. Plan limits (messages, agents, actions) apply per billing cycle. Unused messages do not roll over between billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to train your agents (files, URLs, text, Q&A pairs). By uploading content, you grant AgntLabs.ai a limited license to process, store, and use that content solely to provide the Service to you. Our Platform: All software, design, branding, and underlying technology of AgntLabs.ai is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent. Agent Outputs: Responses generated by your AI agents are provided as-is. We make no representations as to the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload any content to the platform and that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, delays, or errors.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that: — The Service will meet your specific requirements — AI agent responses will be accurate, complete, or error-free — The Service will be free from bugs, viruses, or security vulnerabilities To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AgntLabs.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@agntlabs.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. For international customers: Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of your own jurisdiction where those laws cannot be excluded by contract.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance.
