Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, browser type, IP address, and device information. Chatbot Content: Files, URLs, text, and Q&A pairs you upload to train your AI agents. This content is processed and stored to power your agents. Conversation Logs: Messages exchanged between your deployed agents and end users, subject to the data retention limits of your plan. Billing Information: Subscription and payment data is handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your card details. Communications: Emails or messages you send to our support team.

We do not use your chatbot training content to train our own AI models.

We use the following sub-processors to deliver our service: OpenAI — AI model inference (your messages are sent to OpenAI for processing) Pinecone — Vector database for storing your training embeddings Supabase — Database and authentication Vercel — Hosting and edge infrastructure Upstash — Redis caching layer Lemon Squeezy — Payment processing and subscription management Resend — Transactional email delivery Each sub-processor operates under its own privacy policy and data processing agreements. By using AgntLabs.ai, you acknowledge your data may be processed by these services.

Conversation logs are retained based on your plan: Free Plan — 30 days Standard Plan — 30 days Pro Plan — 90 days Elite Plan — 180 days Your account data and training sources are retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where required by law.

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies (e.g. PostHog) to understand platform usage. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.

AgntLabs.ai is operated from India. If you are accessing the service from outside India — including from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or the United States — your data may be transferred to and processed in countries where our sub-processors operate. We rely on sub-processors that participate in appropriate data transfer frameworks and contractual safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data during international transfers.
