AgntLabs.ai offers a free plan you can use forever within its limits. Try the platform before committing to a paid subscription.

1. Overview

AgntLabs.ai offers a free plan that you can use forever within its limits — no credit card required. This gives you the opportunity to fully evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription. Because of this, we maintain a limited refund policy for paid plans. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. All charges appear on your statement as "Lemon Squeezy".

2. Free Plan

New accounts automatically receive permanent access to our Free plan at no cost. The Free plan includes: — 100 messages per month — 1 AI agent — No actions No refund is applicable to the Free plan since no payment is collected. To access more messages, agents, or actions, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions: 7-Day Refund Window: If you subscribed to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. This applies to first-time subscriptions only. Technical Failure: If a confirmed technical issue on our side prevented you from using the Service for a significant period during your billing cycle and our support team was unable to resolve it, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund. Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once due to a billing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full. We do not offer refunds for: — Change of mind after the 7-day window — Partial months (subscriptions are monthly and non-refundable after 7 days) — Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle — Exceeding usage limits and purchasing add-ons — Plan downgrades (changes take effect at the next billing cycle)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@agntlabs.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include: — Your registered email address — The date of the charge — The reason for your refund request We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@agntlabs.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to the Service until then. We do not charge cancellation fees.

6. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrades: When you upgrade to a higher plan, you will be charged the prorated difference immediately and your new limits take effect right away. Downgrades: When you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days of the current cycle.

7. Payment Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at support@agntlabs.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks that are not first raised with us may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly.
